英国IFA認定アロマセラピスト / 整体・リフレクソロジー

2009年、１年間の仏パリ滞在でアロマセラピーに興味を持ったことをきっかけに、2010〜2011年にOAC(オリエンタル・アロマセラピー・カレッジ)にてIFA認定コースを受講。 2012年4月”英国IFA認定アロマセラピスト”を取得。
その後も特に筋肉や経絡の知識習得と手技上達のため、HOT HANDS ACADEMY整体リフレプロコースを修了。 更に筋肉や筋膜の理解を深めるため、症状別コースを継続受講し、"アナトミートレイン(身体中に張り巡らされた筋・筋膜のリリースマップ)"と筋二点療法を軸とした施術を学ぶ。
オイルトリートメントでは、優しいタッチで筋膜リリースし、体のバランスを整える効果的な手技"エフェクティブタッチ"を、ボディ、フェイシャルともに受講中。アロマセラピストとしても日々研鑽を重ねています。

My journey of aromatherapy has started when I was living in Paris in 2009.During that stay,
I got interested in aromatherapy and the use of essential oils. In France, natural ways of healing are very popular and it is quite easy to find all kinds of essential oils and vegetable oils in pharmacies. After I came back to Japan, I went to an aromatherapy school for a year and got a certificate of IFA(International Federation of Aromatherapist) in 2012. To make progress in treatment technics and deepen my knowledge of anatomy, I continued to take classes of Seitai(kind of shiatsu), reflexology and oil treatment school(Effective touch technic = one of structure body works) for whole body and facial treatments.
